I'm Kristina – a Gestalt psychotherapy specialist. I work with adults who are dealing with anxiety, emotional exhaustion, relationship difficulties or consequences of childhood experiences.

How therapy works

First meeting

We get to know each other, discuss what brings you and what you hope to achieve. You don't need to "know what to say" – we start from where you are.

Regular sessions

We usually meet once a week. In each session, we work with what's currently relevant for you – feelings, thoughts, relationships, body sensations.

Change and integration

Gradually, a new understanding of yourself develops. Reactions change, relationships shift, your sense of self evolves. These changes remain outside the therapy room too.

Languages I work in

Sessions are available in Latvian, Russian and English. Choose the language you feel most comfortable in – in therapy, it's important to find your own words.
