If you contact me through the contact form or email, I receive your name, email address and message content. This data is used only to communicate with you. During therapy, I may make notes about sessions – these are confidential and stored securely.
What I don't do with your data
I don't sell, share or use your data for marketing. Your information is used only in the context of therapy.
Data security
Therapy notes are stored securely and are accessible only to me. However, if you contact me by email, messages may pass through email service providers – this is a standard email risk.
Cookies
This website uses Google Analytics (visit statistics) and Google Ads (measuring advertising effectiveness). These cookies are used only with your consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the page footer. The contact page also uses a Google Maps embed and Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection – these Google services may set cookies as well. The legal basis for analytics and advertising cookies is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
